MSM Litigation Ends

PORTLAND, Ore.--In a Jan. 25, 2000 statement from attorney Jon P. Stride ofTonkon Torp LLP, it is noted that the Carolwood Corporation recently concludedits litigation with MSM Investments Company LLC (MIC). According to Stride, as aresult of the settlement, MIC granted Carolwood a worldwide, non-exclusivelicense to sell MSM for any purpose. Carolwood customers may now purchase andresell Carolwood MSM without threat of litigation.

Lignusul MSM is manufactured in the United States according to guidelinesestablished by current good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and ISO 9002. Asample from every batch is sent to Petaluma, Calif.-based Alpha Labs where theproduct is tested for third-party purity and heavy metals.
