LONDON—Vitafoods Europe is seeking industry experts to speak as part of its Conference Program during the 2015 event, set to take place May 5 to 7 in Geneva, Switzerland. The deadline is Friday, Nov. 14. In its call for papers, it noted the team is looking for presentations including scientific papers, case studies, panel debates and new applications and innovations. Areas of interest include digestive health, heart health, cognitive health, bone and joint health, aging consumers, functional foods, personalized nutrition, sports nutrition, food allergies, clinical trials, infant health and more.

The conference agenda will be developed by the Vitafoods Europe Executive Advisory Board (EAB), consisting of more than 15 independent industry experts. Carolina Lindahl, conference and content manager, Vitafoods Europe, commented, “At Vitafoods Europe, we pride ourselves on bringing forward and promoting new innovation, ideas, and research. To this end, we strive to go on recommendations wherever possible."

The EAB is looking for good basic, applied or marketing science in the areas of nutrients, nutrition and health, logically presented, with an emphasis on the new or unusual. Submissions will be judged on their potential value to delegates and the outcomes they can bring after the event; original content or research created specifically for Vitafoods Europe that has not been presented previously is favored.
