Tree of Life Purchasing Rella Good Cheese
ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla.--Tree of Life, a distributor of more than 30,000 natural and specialty food products, has penned an agreement to purchase Rella Good Cheese Co. and its brands from Santa Rosa, Calif.-based Rose Enterprise Ltd. for an undisclosed amount. "I'm delighted that Tree of Life was able to acquire Rella Good Cheese and its brands," said Richard Rose, founder of Rella Good Cheese and HempNut Inc. "We've competed with them for the last 15 years and I can't think of a organization with a higher degree of integrity and ability to take the brand over."
