Ardent Mills, the flour-milling and ingredient company, recently opened its innovation center in downtown Denver. The debut of the innovation center nearly coincided with the company’s two-year anniversary. Ardent Mills combines the operations of ConAgra Mills and Horizon Milling, a joint venture of Cargill and CHS.
