Her background includes running four Whole Foods Market stores, as well as supplement buying for Whole Foods Market and Elephant Pharmacy. Chufo offers a deep understanding of key industry trends and insight into successful brand management in the natural segment.
Jason Theodosakis, MD, MS, MPH, FACPM, or "Dr. Theo" is a practicing medical doctor residency-trained and board-certified in the specialty of preventive medicine. He also is fellowship-trained in sports medicine. He graduated summa cum laude with master's degrees in both exercise and sports sciences and public health from the University of Arizona. His undergraduate education includes a double major (honors) in chemistry and biology from Florida International University. Dr. Theo divides his time between practicing clinical prevention medicine and sports medicine at Canyon Ranch Medical Department, lecturing around the world and doing various teaching and volunteering activities. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and is the former director of the University's Preventive Medicine Residency Training Program. Dr. Theo is considered to be one of the world's foremost authorities on integrative treatments for osteoarthritis. He is on the steering oversight committee for the $16 million NIH trial on glucosamine and chondroitin. His first book,
The Arthritis Cure, is an international #1 best seller and has resulted in a shift in the way osteoarthritis is treated.
