Speakers:
 Paul has 28 years experience as an innovator in sales and marketing, principally in the health and nutrition product category. For the last two years Paul has been building the go to market strategies for BioVittoria, leading the Marketing and Sales efforts globally. Prior to his current role Paul spent the past seven years as Market Development Director for Cargill - Health and Nutrition, developing brand strategies for Truvia, a natural, calorie free sweetener (Reb A), CoroWise, natural cholesterol reducers, and Barliv, Beta Glucan . This involved consulting with CPG business partners on collaborative marketing programmers and customer support. Paul has developed consumer value propositions for many new health products including antioxidant vitamins, Omega 3, phytosterols, soy protein, barley beta glucan and chondrotin sulfate. Paul was the Director of new business development at Tetra Pack, and Senior Marketing Manager for Roche Vitamins' Food Business Unit, responsible for new business development in the emerging functional foods/'nutraceutical' market.
 Erin has 11 years' experience in marketing research and has been at Tate & Lyle for the past year as part of Innovation and Commercial Development. In this role, Erin has helped guide consumer insights for new product launches and has over seen the syndicated data resources at the company. Prior to this role, Erin worked for Ipsos for 6 years. There she worked on custom research projects for many CPG companies, this involved many different methodologies from concept testing to segmentation. Erin also worked at Synovate in their BrandVision department. Here she worked on brand equity and advertising for a variety of clients.
