Jeffrey Hillman, DMD, Ph.D. is the founder and Chief Scientific Officer of Oragenics and developed Oragenics patented blend of probiotics, ProBiora3®, which is based on more than 30 years of research. Dr. Hillman is the author or co-author of more than 125 publications and textbook chapters on subjects related to the etiology and cure of caries (cavities), periodontal (gum) diseases and other infectious diseases and cancer. His research also includes platform technologies to synthesize a novel class of antibiotics and to identify targets for the development of new vaccines and diagnostic tests for a wide variety of infectious diseases and cancer. Besides his years at Oragenics, Dr. Hillman conducted his years of research at the Harvard-affiliated Forsyth Institute in Boston and the University of Florida. He received his dental medicine degree from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine and his doctorate degree in microbiology and molecular genetics from the Harvard Medical School.
