Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10), most commonly referring to ubiquinone, is a lipid-soluble enzymatic cofactor that plays a key role in cellular energy production; its reduced form, ubiquinol, is a potent lipophilic antioxidant that can both protect against oxidative damage and help regenerate other antioxidants. CoQ10 supports energy production and the health of the cardiovascular system and brain.
