OMAHA, Neb.—American Laboratories Inc. (ALI), a manufacturer of pancreatin, pepsin and proteins, upgraded its quality management system with MasterControl.
Along with ALI's current quality systems, the integration with MasterControl facilitates compliance management by automating and managing documents and change control, training management, audits, corrective and preventative actions, customer complaints, nonconformance disposition, deviation handling, and other current GMPs (good manufacturing practices), good documentation practices and good laboratory practices processes critical to regulatory compliance.
MasterControl's web-based application will be implemented in all three ALI facilities. Dawn Dreessen and Jamie Deloske have been selected as the internal system administrators for the MasterControl software. Their roles as system administrators will be developed over the next several months throughout the planning, discovery, configuration and validation phases of implementation.
