SANTA FE SPRINGS, Calif.—Quality Assurance International (QAI) recertified NHK Laboratories Inc. as an organic processor. QAI conducted a rigorous audit of the company’s facilities, equipment and procedures to ensure compliance with the National Organic Program (NOP) guidelines.
“We first obtained organic certification several years ago and today’s recertification illustrates our continued commitment to complying with the NOP standards," said M. Amirul Karim, the company’s chief executive officer.
NHK is holding a giveaway at SupplySide West that will award an attendee with the chance to win a manufacturing run of 100,000 capsules, size 0 or 00, for up to 1,667 bottles.
