Douglas ~ VS Series Shrink Wrapping Equipment

ALEXANDRIA, Minn.—Douglas introduced its VS Series line of standard- and custom-design shrink wrapping equipment in a compact footprint. The VS Series shrink wrappers offer a compact, economical shrink wrap solution designed to interface with existing tray packers, including the Douglas’ Invex® and Axiom® at speeds up to 40 trays per minute. Using single film roll technology, maintenance problems associated with conventional cutting and sealing technologies are eliminated. The optional print-registered film control gives users the ability to enhance their package appearance on the store shelf. Combined with Douglas’ proprietary heat tunnel technology which ensures minimal graphic distortion, and a tighter, more durable wrap, the VS Series shrink wrappers ensure a user's brand is well-presented.
