ERLANGER, Ky.—WILD Flavors created a new line of featured flavors, covering a wide variety of flavor profiles, designed to be used in a variety of food and beverage applications and to pair with various functional, efficacious ingredients from the company’s Health Ingredient Technology & Solutions (HITS®) line. WILD’s HITS team includes chemists and application personnel with a sound understanding of functional ingredients and applications; the team was created to research and promote health ingredients. They have also helped develop clean-tasting extracts and water-soluble emulsions for many nutraceutical ingredients for easier product formulation.
