SALT LAKE CITY & VANCOUVER, British Columbia— Weider Global Nutrition LLC and GLG Life Tech Corp. settled their pending legal actions. The companies agreed to drop their legal claims and counterclaims, and terminate their joint venture company, GLG Weider Sweet Naturals Corp. As such, each company will be independently marketing their stevia-related products and ingredients.
