IRVINE, CALIF.—ChromaDex Corp., developer of phytochemical and botanical reference standards, entered into a securities purchase agreement with Jinke Group (Hong Kong) Ltd., under which Jinke has agreed to purchase 1,916,811 shares of common stock for a purchase price of $0.5217 per share, which will provide gross proceeds (as well as net proceeds after expenses) to ChromaDex of approximately $1,000,000. As part of the transaction, Jinke is also receiving warrants to purchase an additional 1,333,334 shares of common stock at $0.80 per share.
