BOCA RATON, Fla.—Attorney Joel Rothman and consultant Vincent Annunziata formed NutriCompliance, a regulatory consulting firm. The company aims to serve small- to medium-sized dietary supplement companies facing increased responsibilities related to adverse event reporting (AERs), GMPs (good manufacturing practices) and other regulatory requirements.
