Here we go again ... Acting on behalf of FDA, U.S. Marshall's seized $74,000 worth of Xiadafil VIP product from Miami, Fla.-based SEI Pharmaceuticals, after the company rejected FDA's request to recall the product, which was found to contain hydroxyhomosildenafil, ac hemical similar to sildenafil, the active ingredient in Viagra.
FDA had inspected the company's production facility in April 2008, finding the adulteration, then Florida state officials issued a "stop sale" at the facility, in order to keep the product from the marketplace.
