WILD Acquires American Purpac

ERLANGER, Ky.— Wild Flavors (WildFlavors.com) acquired American Purpac Technologies (APT), a subsidiary of Hendricks Holdings. APT will become WILD Aseptics LLC. “WILD Flavors has experienced tremendous success in responding to our customers’ needs and acquiring American Purpac Technologies will allow for continued leadership and innovation in our industry,” stated Kevin Gavin, chief operating officer, WILD Flavors. APT's capabilities in aseptic processing and packaging allows WILD to provide the industry with quality and consistency in the development of finished products.
