Mannatech Under SEC Scrutiny

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) issued a Wells notice to Coppell, Texas-based Mannatech, indicating SEC may take civil action over conduct related to Mannatech’s dismissal of its accounting firm in late 2007.
