Low-Fat Dairy Lowers CVD Risk

A new study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition found low-fat dairy combined with whole grains, fish, fruit and vegetables, and nuts lowered subjects albumin-to-creatinine ratio, which points to better kidney function, which is linked to cardiovascular health (Am J Clin Nutr.2008;87(6):1825-36).
