Hi Europe Wraps Successful Show

PARIS—Attendance at the Health ingredients (Hi) Europe and Natural ingredients (Ni) events, held here Nov. 4 to 6, was up just over 7 percent to a total of 7,400 industry members, according to show organizer UBM International Media. More than 500 companies exhibited at the show, which also included a three-day educational program covering regulatory, market research and trends information.

Ni will be co-located in 2009 with Food ingredients (Fi) Europe in Frankfurt, Germany, Nov. 17 to 19, 2009. Hi Europe 2010 is scheduled for Nov. 16 to 18, 2010, in Madrid, Spain.
