Healthy Aging Seminar Set in London

LONDON—The Nutrition, Healthy Aging and Public Policy Conference, sponsored by the U.K. Council for Responsible Nutrition (www.CRN-UK.org), is set for Tuesday, Nov. 6, at Regent’s Park in London. According to the group, speakers will focus on health care needs and nutritional support strategies that could modulate age-related changes in the body and the development of many chronic diseases. The conference will conclude with a panel discussion on science and public policy issues, addressing how nutrition and the application of research can help support the growing elderly population and how greater priority can be given to promoting awareness of the power of good nutrition in healthy aging.
