Gencor Awarded New Slimaluma Patents

AUSTIN, Texas — Gencor Pacific Inc. (www.GencorPacific.com) announced its branded ingredient Slimaluma™, an extract of Caralluma fimbriata, received two new international patents covering its use for weight loss. South Africa awarded patent No. 2005/9780, while the patent in India carries No. 210052. The ingredient is also covered under U.S. Patent No. 7,060,308, and there are patent applications pending in the United States, Canada and other foreign countries covering the product, production processes and uses.
