North Castle Partners Invests in Enzymatic Therapy

GREEN BAY, Wis.--Enzymatic Therapy announced that North Castle Partners, a private equity fund that invests in the healthy living sector, has made a large equity investment in the company. Enzymatic Therapy, a manufacturer of nutritional supplements and natural medicines, will use the investment moneys to enhance future growth.

"We will ultimately have a majority of the shares," said Louis Marinaccio, vice president of North Castle. "We look to management to run the business [while we serve] in a partnership role providing strategic support and further capital as needed."

Terry Lemerond, Enzymatic's founder, will continue to hold significant ownership of the company. He will also serve as vice chairman of the company and on the board of directors.
