Novel Ingredient Hires New Personnel

Gisela Roufs and Yolanda Nargiella joined Novel Ingredient Services as West Coast account executive and director of quality control, respectively. Roufs spent more than a decade working with raw material suppliers, including American Ingredients and Pharmachem Laboratories. Her expertise ranges from sourcing to sales. She holds a Bachelor of Science in health care and business administration. Nargiella comes to Novel Ingredient from Johnson & Johnson, where she held a similar position for eight years. As Novel's director of quality control, she will oversee the QA/QC and testing departments.
