It is no secret that weight, specifically too much of itt, is bad for one's health, and that overweight and obesity have become widespread public health problems in the United States and other countries. The nutrition/nutraceutical industry has been tirelessly working on solutions to this weight management problem, and there are tons of products/ingredients that have shown great promise in helping people achieve and maintain healthier weight.
