ERLANGER, Ky.—WILD Flavors (WildFlavors.com) introduced Health Ingredient Technology Solutions® (HITS) that can be utilized in beverage and food applications, specifically developed for and focused on brain health. WILD’s recent agreement with Cognis® Nutrition & Health (Cognis.com) provides an ingredient for brain health called Omevital™, a omega-3 fatty acid from fish. Other ingredients available that can also be incorporated into applications for brain health including flax see oil, Ginkgo biloba, choline, St. John's wart and others.
