MIGDAL HAEMEQ, Israel—Enzymotec (Enzymotec.com) announced it can supply a pharma-grade phosphatidylserine (PS), up to 99 percent purity, cost effectively. Higher grades enable manufacturers to produce smaller capsules or save space for additional ingredients. They are also better suitable for pharmaceutical applications. All PS grades are highly stable, easily tableted and have a long shelf life. The new grades are available in powder form and are characterized by excellent flowability and color.
