LA GRANGE, Ill.— Cognis Nutrition & Health (Cognis.com) launched Super Xangold, an eye health ingredient with a 5 to 1 ratio of lutein esters and zeaxanthin esters. Xangold is extracted from marigold flowers grown specifically for Cognis and is available in two forms: oils for soft gels and micro-encapsulated beadlets for tablets or functional food applications. The Xangold product line offers non-GMO, kosher and vegetarian-source lutein esters for a variety of product applications.
