MUSCATINE, Iowa —GPC will introduce MALTRIN® organic maltodextrin at IFT Food Expo 2007. The product will be featured in a beverage application to showcase the dispersibility and clean flavor profile of organic MALTRIN. GPC (www.grainprocessing.com) will also highlight “ballpark” style offerings including TruBran™ corn bran, as well as PURE-GEL® and INSCOSITY® modified food starches for texturization and stabilization of bakery, dairy, meat, sauce, snack and confectionery applications.
