ALLENDALE, N.J.—FiberAid® is a larch arabinogalactan (LAG) ingredient formulated to support digestive health. The all-natural, soluble prebiotic dietary fiber is produced using a patented process developed by Larex Inc.; Lonza (www.lonza.com) purchased the LAG business this spring. FiberAid is a GRAS (generally recognized as safe) dietary fiber and is available in a wide variety of formulations for use in functional foods and beverages.
