DARTMOUTH, Nova Scotia—Ocean Nutrition Canada Ltd. (ONC) created MEG-3™ Citrus Soft Chews, an alternative for children and adults who find fish oil capsules difficult or unpleasant to take. Each MEG-3 chew contains 100 mg of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) omega-3 fatty acids from fish oil, and contains only 25 calories. The chews are manufactured and packaged in compliance with GMPs (good manufacturing practices), and are available in bulk for private label branding.
