BOHEMIA, N.Y.—NBTY Inc.(www.nbty.com) launched a $6.5 million national print advertising campaign featuring television talk show host Regis Philbin. The campaign for NBTY’s Osteo Bi-Flex will include ads in publications such as Better Homes & Gardens, Family Circle and O, The Oprah Magazine. Philbin said in a news release that he has “emphatically” embraced the product, and that “Osteo Bi-Flex helps me maintain my hectic pace, play tennis and participate in other physical activities I enjoy.”
