Cyanotech Appeals SmallCap Delisting

KAILUA KONA, HawaiiCyanotech Corp. (NASDAQ:CYAN) requested a hearing before the NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel after failing to comply with the $1 minimum bid price per share needed to continue to be listed on the NASDAQ SmallCap Market. As a result, the company was granted a stay from being delisted pending the panels decision. No hearing date has been set.
