Main Street Receives Superior AIB Rating

LACROSSE, Wis.Main Street Ingredients received a superior rating from the American Institute of Bakings (AIB) International Food Safety auditors. This is the fifth consecutive year Main Street (www.mainstreetingredients.com) has received AIBs highest rating and the first audit encompassing the companys new 64,000-square-foot production and warehouse facility, which was completed in 2002. During an audit, AIB reviews plant conditions, food safety management, operational methods and cleaning practices.
