Triarco, Ingredia Resources Sign Business Agreement

WAYNE, N.J.Triarco Industries Inc. (www.triarco.com) and Ingredia Resources LLC (IR) finalized a business agreement wherein IR will collaborate with Triarco in developing and marketing a new line of botanicals for cosmetics. Basking Ridge, N.J.-based IR develops, markets and sells an array of tea extracts and lipids to the cosmetics industry.
