Advanced Nutraceuticals Moves Off NASDAQ

DENVERAdvanced Nutraceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ANII) received a NASDAQ Staff Determination on June 13 indicating the company failed to comply with the $1 million minimum market value of publicly held shares for continued listing. As such, the companys common shares were delisted from the NASDAQ Small Cap System June 24. The shares then became eligible for listing on the OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB).
