Advanced Nutraceuticals Extends Maturity Date on Loan Facility

DENVER--Advanced Nutraceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ:ANII) finalized an agreement with its senior lender to extend the maturity of its loan facility until Jan. 31. The lender is closing the office that services Advanced Nutraceuticals and decided, due to the relatively small size of the company's facility, not to pursue the loan arrangement. Advanced Nutraceuticals, in the meantime, received several proposal letters from prospective lenders and expects a new facility to be secured by the extended due date on the current agreement.
