Performance Labs Changes Hands

CALABASAS, Calif.--Richard Million Burke, a co-founder of Performance Labs (www.performancelabs.com), purchased the company from David J. Mercer as Mercer retired. Burke said he hopes to expand the distribution of the company's flagship products--Vitalert, AcidFree and GarliMax--into new retail channels. The products are currently sold through mainstream stores such as Costco, Wal-Mart and Albertson's. Burke has assembled a new management team, including Steve S. Naczinski, director of marketing; Phyllis Reutinger, director of sales; and Bruce Burke, business affairs manager.
