IRVINE, Calif.--NuSoy™ is a complete line of biologically active soy isoflavone concentrates made in the United States by Cyvex Nutrition. NuSoy is a natural 2 to 3 percent isoflavone concentrate designed for use in dietary supplements, beverages, nutritional bars, baked goods and functional foods. This full spectrum soy concentrate provides between 20 and 25 times the level of isoflavones found in soy flour, concentrate or isolate, the company said.
