Humanetics Receives Patent Notification

MINNEAPOLIS— Humanetics Corp. received notification from the U.S. Patent and Trademark office that its 7-Keto® ingredient was granted a patent for modulating basal metabolic rate and affecting weight loss when administered in combination with a diet. 7-Keto is already covered by more than 25 other patents for a variety of uses, including weight loss. According to studies and patents, the compound works with the body to enhance the activity of three fat-burning, thermogenic enzymes, increasing metabolic rate.
