Mannatech Settles Infringement Concerns

COPPELL, Texas — Mannatech (www.mannatech.com) announced it reached an agreement with Pro-Ma Systems Pty. Ltd., an Australian marketing company, for Pro-Ma to not distribute or sell products in Australia and New Zealand that infringe on Mannatech’s patented glyconutrient technology. Pro-Ma agreed to cease distribution of AG8, Premium AO with AG8, and Essentials with AG8 and destroy any promotional materials that refer to the three products or the term “glyconutrients.”
