Expo West Sets Records

ANAHEIM, Calif.— Natural Products Expo West, held here March 8 to 11, attracted more than 47,000 industry members, a 10-percent growth rate from 2006, and included 3,162 exhibits, according to show producer New Hope Natural Media, a division of Penton Media. Among the industry trends cited by New Hope at the show were probiotics, antioxidant foods and beverages, organic fiber, fair trade, and organic products targeted to infants and children.
