Rollprint Packaging Products Inc. developed NutraSeal, a packaging film that offers a moisture vapor barrier in a transparent structure. The NutraSeal composite features an aluminum-oxide coated polyester film that is coextrusion coated with a blending polyolefin sealant layer; the resulting structure offers excellent clarity for product visibility and is unaffected by ambient humidity. Rollprint uses a specialty manufacturing process to ensure the barrier coating can withstand thermal shock and stress during extrusion coating, and can be used in high-speed tablet packaging equipment.
