Lallemand Debuts New Applications for Probiotics

FRANKFURT, Germany— Lal’Food (www.lallemand.com) presented new food applications for probiotic strains at the Health Ingredients Europe held in here Nov. 14 to 16. Novel and tasty applications such as chocolate, chocolatehazelnut spreads, snacks, ice-creams, chilled fruit juices, cereal bars and more were explored.
