Dot-Com and Sports Stores Merge

RESTON, Va.--Nutripeak.com Inc. and Sports Nutrition Depot Inc. have entered a definitive agreement to merge, with Sports Nutrition Depot stores re-branded under the Nutripeak banner. The corporate headquarters will be located in Culver City, Calif.

Barry Blake will be chairman of the board and chief executive officer of the merged companies, Alex Lasbroas will be president and a member of the board, Gary Giles will be chief operating officer, and Terry Fussel will be chief financial officer.
