Carotenoids, Polyphenols Mixed by Chr. Hansen

MILWAUKEE--Chr. Hansen, www.chrhansen.com, has two new lines of mixed carotenoids and mixed polyphenols for use in dietary supplements, functional foods and cosmeceuticals. One half of the product line was developed from carotenoids extracted from palm tree fruit; the other was developed from mixtures of flavonoids extracted from the skins of red wine grapes and berries.
